Samsung Launches Galaxy Note8 with i-DOOH

It’s an interesting start to the latest #OOH in-charge period which looks to be busy for smartphone companies and new launches. The first to break cover is Samsung and their Galaxy Note8, with Apple and Google likely to feature shortly.

At first sight – as the OOH campaign has only just started and we’re surmising here – the campaign includes roadside and rail DOOH formats with experiential events at malls (as seen at Westfield London) plus an interactive ‘Studio’ pop-up, as seen at Waterloo rail station. The interactive element being commuters invited to sit, be photographed and their pictures (with added effects) broadcast to the DOOH panels. All quite #OOH effective and fun!
