Piccadilly DOOH Switch-On!

Today Ocean Outdoor’s new Piccadilly DOOH display was turned on again, having been refurbished during the past few months. The display – which is bright and brilliantly sharp – acts as one DOOH panel or multiples for many advertisers. At ‘switch-on’ the panel displayed full motion DOOH ads for Coca Cola, Hyundai, Hunter, L’Oreal, Samsung and eBay with a reported 100 million people passing the central London site each year.

The new display has one of the highest resolution LED displays of its size in the world, it’s interactive and fully responsive allowing advertisers to include aspects such as live video streaming.

Before January it was the first time since World War Two the lights had been switched off, apart from during power cuts and special events.
