With the numbers of people in employment being at a near all-time high and the heightened demand for workers with specialist skills, it’s not surprising that employers are getting ever more inventive in finding the right people. So couple these recruitment needs with the abilities of OOH, and particularly DOOH, and it seems an obvious use of ‘out-of-home’ to target location and sector specific workers. And just in the past month we’ve seen three great examples of this in practice: jobmedic.co.uk focusing on health workers around University College Hospital (London), unruly.co probably targeting Facebook (London) workers in north London and Sainsbury’s similarly running ads adjacent to the Co-Operative Group HQ in Manchester.
Great examples of knowing your OOH locations and audiences. And using the largely clutter free environment of OOH to say something simple effectively. #Neat!
