Going Underground – Fashion Catwalk on the Tube

admin BRANDS, OOH, OOH LIVING

There’s no doubt Oxford Street has become the ‘go to’ shopping location for anyone looking for fast, affordable and up-to the minute fashion. In fact, it’s possible that Oxford Circus might be at its heart, with TopShop’s flagship store less than a champagne (or maybe prosecco) popped-cork away and Reserved, being Poland’s equivalent to TopShop, opening its first UK store within sight of Oxford Circus signing a ten-year lease costing £42m as their commitment to grabbing part of UK fashion’s annual £36 billion consumer spend.

And with such an influx of young fashion conscious shoppers, tourists and office workers from the district’s creative industries, it’s not surprising that Oxford Circus – being the closest and perfectly accessible public transport hub – has itself become an extension of the fashion presence with many ‘fast’ and retail fashion brands favouring its corridors and platforms to showcase their latest threads.

Take a look at our Gallery below. Exterion Media seem to have great formula to showcase brands with a mix of positioning in high traffic spots, corridors wraps and dominating spaces using all panel formats available.
