Well, maybe Summer has really arrived (?) just in time for the nation’s twin celebrations of the Royal wedding and football’s season-ending spectacle of the FA Cup Final (c’mon United!). And whilst no OOH brands celebrated the football spectacular, Tiffany’s (the jewellers) and Beefeater strawberry (pink) gin tried to get us all in the mood for Harry and Meghan’s big day. In fact, Beefeater’s campaign installed strawberry scented posters at Oxford Circus (though we didn’t smell it!). Elsewhere OOH was busy with several new campaigns including American Express, Sky Mobile, Viagara, Barclays and the new Star Wars movie, Solo. Additionally, the new H&M campaign was notable on London Underground for featuring Exterion Media’s new 12-sheet format DOOH (which looks great!). Also, look out for new estate agents entrants YOPA and House Simple now competing with established brands of Zoopla et al.
